- Responsible for Policy/Controls and Process Documentation.
- Perform the risk and control self-assessments.
- Develop, maintain and continually enhance a proactive operational and regulatory risk management program and related initiatives.
- Identify, assess, communicate and implement regulatory issuances.
- Ensure the timely completion of all testing requirements in accordance with guidelines.
- Lead the business segment in the timely remediation of issues.
- Help foster a risk awareness culture in the business segment.
- Provide the business segment with sufficient information to ensure proper oversight.
- Help to communicate shared vision of the segment/division and establishes goals to assure the vision is realized.
- May lead less experienced Risk Specialists.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk.
- 1 Years Experience in SQL or SAS
- Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and the ability to communicate and present requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with all businesses.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
