Retail/Warehouse and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Must be comfortable lifting, bending and pushing up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assists Warehouse Manager with retail inventory administration, product delivery, store set up and end of season inventory
  • Most of duties involve work with RTP, Retail Apropos inventory system, Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Fulfilment of online store orders
  • Warehouse operations include PO coordination; inventory receiving, processing, adjustment and distribution to stores
  • Other duties include web orders, warranty returns, weekly inventory cycle counts, negative on-hand reports, vendor contact, store restocking and POS training
  • Must be flexible with scheduling and be willing to cover shifts in retail stores as needed
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 6 months warehouse/reservation/RTP, accounting (inventory), or similar experience preferred
  • Retail store experience, preferred
  • Exceptional people and communication skills needed
  • Experience with the retail POS system RTP and Apropos helpful
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
  • Prior experience managing retail/rental reservations, helpful
  • Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standards
  • Must have valid driver's license without limitations or restrictions and meet company's insurability standards
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range: Starting at $18.50 -$19.50 per hourPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must push hand truck load of similar size in all weather conditions
  • Read, write and communicate clearly in English
  • Must operate computer, keyboards, and phone regularly
  • Stand or sit for extended periods of time and move efficiently from one retail area to another
