- Assists Warehouse Manager with retail inventory administration, product delivery, store set up and end of season inventory
- Most of duties involve work with RTP, Retail Apropos inventory system, Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Fulfilment of online store orders
- Warehouse operations include PO coordination; inventory receiving, processing, adjustment and distribution to stores
- Other duties include web orders, warranty returns, weekly inventory cycle counts, negative on-hand reports, vendor contact, store restocking and POS training
- Must be flexible with scheduling and be willing to cover shifts in retail stores as needed
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 6 months warehouse/reservation/RTP, accounting (inventory), or similar experience preferred
- Retail store experience, preferred
- Exceptional people and communication skills needed
- Experience with the retail POS system RTP and Apropos helpful
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
- Prior experience managing retail/rental reservations, helpful
- Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company's Service Excellence standards
- Must have valid driver's license without limitations or restrictions and meet company's insurability standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis
- Must push hand truck load of similar size in all weather conditions
- Read, write and communicate clearly in English
- Must operate computer, keyboards, and phone regularly
- Stand or sit for extended periods of time and move efficiently from one retail area to another
