Come be a part of something AMAZING!!Our MissionTo create lasting beauty and confidence in an inviting environment through safety, passion, dedication, and excellence, so our clients look and feel AMAZING!Qualifications-Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests-Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships-Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs-Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests-Assists in administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys-Prepare guests records for services-Participate in special events to promote studio-Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)-Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards-Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated-Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests-Strong verbal and written communication skills-Professional appearance-Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plusBenefits-Competitive compensation plan with potential to make $11 - $12 per hour plus commission based on performance
