Pay: $18- $20 per hour - based on experience and qualifications

As an Assistant Teacher, you will:
  • Support the Lead Teacher in creating a warm and welcoming classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
  • Assist with implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, using engaging TLE characters and hands-on learning activities.
  • Help build strong relationships with children and their families by supporting communication and connection throughout the day.
  • Engage in daily routines, including play, meals, diapering/toileting, and transitions — always with a focus on safety, development, and care.
  • Support classroom organization and cleanliness, helping maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Contribute to observations and documentation of children’s progress and joyful moments to share with families via our mobile app and in-person discussions.
Do You:
  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
  • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
