Job Description:Job OverviewWe are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our senior cooperative in Bloomington, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building.This Maintenance schedule includes;
  • 40 hours every two weeks
  • Part time, Day shift
  • No weekends!
Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine maintenance duties
  • Performs general repairs
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed
  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • On-Call for Maintenance emergencies
Required Qualifications:
  • Current Drivers License (in good standing)
  • One to three years of previous experience
  • Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
  • Three to five years of previous experience
