Create and update user guides and knowledge base articles.Coordinates appropriate internal and external resources to deliver high quality technical service delivery, minimizing risks to technical infrastructure and patient care.Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.Ensure the availability and reliability of servers, networks, and associated systems.Basic knowledge of Active Directory (Cloud and On Prem) support and troubleshooting including management of group policies. Assists with the maintenance Cloud, Virtualization, and Storage Area Networks.Perform routine system administration tasks, including system monitoring, patching, and updates.Basic to Intermediate knowledge of at least one scripting language such as PowerShell.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and systems issues in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to higher-level team members when necessary.Support and Maintenance of Cloud Environments such as AWS, Azure, M365.
