- Drive financial reporting and processes for expense and Headcount management for Document Service Org on a
- quarterly, monthly, weekly basis and annual operations planning
- Business Partners to Document Services Org budget owners
- Month end and Quarter end expense accrual and variance analysis
- Prepare and present quarterly financial data to senior management
- Participate in/drive contribution margin analysis
- Be the liaison to Field and Corporate FP&A as well as a change agent on business processes
- Ad Hoc financial analysis/financial modeling

- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the Company, our competitors, and our business model
- A pro-active team player, self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and solid organizational skills
- Solid FP&A skills desired
- BS in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong systems skills, including Anaplan, SAP, Excel, etc.
- Experience in software industry and understanding of related finance and accounting issues
- Experience with financial modeling
