The incumbent will support day-to-day site performance, merchandising, and operations to provide a seamless and optimized customer journey. This role requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and creative thinking and provides a great opportunity to learn and evolve in the eCommerce space.What’s in it for you!

- Handles the day-to-day operations of eCommerce sites, including product merchandising, inventory monitoring, testing, routine maintenance, and more.
- Manages our rapidly expanding product catalog, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints. Will be responsible for assisting in handling the entire Armstrong World Industries catalog and any catalog acquisitions from acquired companies.
- Adds new product SKUs to the website, tests, and checks for accuracy.
- Onboards new inventory locations and maintains/monitors inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Serves as the liaison between the Website Experience and Sales and Operations Teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of the order fulfillment process.
- Merchandise the website. Categorizes and sorts products via collections and filters to effectively merchandise products on the site.
- Assists cross-functional teams with the management of third-party marketplace integrations, product bundles, upsells, promotions, exclusive offers, and special orders.
- Leverages website and customer experience analytics to find opportunities for site optimization/ improvement, including improving search results, site navigation, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborates with digital marketing and engineering team members to make sure that the eCommerce experience supports our strategic goals.
- Assists the Finance team with sitewide pricing updates and quarterly audits across our B2C catalogs and marketplaces.
- Supports the creation of QR codes, vanity links, and redirect setups as needed
- Help build scalable processes to support our eCommerce business as we grow.
- eCommerce & Catalog Expertise: Skilled in merchandising and managing B2B/B2C product catalogs across various categories and brands.
- Organized & Efficient: Strong ability to handle large data sets, multitask, and stay focused in fast-paced environments.
- Strong Communicator & Team Player: Clear and proactive communicator who works well across teams.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Comfortable using analytics tools and working with data formats like JSON to support smart decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, including store setup, product management, and platform optimization.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze, manipulate, and present data effectively.
- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital content.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks and deliverables.
- Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
