
Part-Time Leasing Consultant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

- Respond to phone inquiries and provide rental information.
- Greets prospects and obtains information for leasing purposes.
- Conducts tours for available units with prospects.
- Prepare and process rental applications and lease packages for review and approval by the manage.
- Enter data pertaining to potential residents into the computer.
- Communicates effectively with residents, resolving issues at the property to the extent possible.
- Performs regular property inspections to ensure that property is maintained at all times in a manner consistent with WC Smith standards.
- Schedules and coordinates all work performed by contractors.
- Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to fair housing policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
- At least six months' experience in residential leasing.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Spanish speaking is required.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel software).
- Prior experience using Yardi is required.
- Lease-up experience a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
