Schedule: Monday–Friday, 50 hours a week guaranteedAbout the Family:Seeking a full-time live-in or live-out nanny for a vibrant, multicultural, entrepreneurial family with five children (ages 12, 10, 8, 6, and 1). The ideal candidate is energetic, adventurous, and health-conscious, with a passion for the outdoors. Strong organizational and communication skills, a positive and upbeat personality, a can-do attitude, and a great sense of humor are essential. Must thrive in a dynamic environment and be available to travel with the family.Key Responsibilities:Provide loving, attentive care for a 1-year-old, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environmentSupport older children with routines, schedules, and positive disciplineCoordinate extracurriculars, playdates, and social events in collaboration with our family assistant and part-time driverAssist with meal planning, snack preparation, and ensuring children’s nutritional needs are metPerform light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, room tidying, toy organization)Maintain household organization, including tracking supplies and placing online ordersEncourage independence, manners, and responsibility in each child’s daily lifeQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare or nanny experienceInfant and school-age experience requiredCPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving recordMust have U.S. work authorizationMust be at least 18 years of age to applyAble to provide 3–5 professional referencesSpanish-speaking is a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication and time-management skillsUpbeat, health-conscious, and comfortable in an active, team-oriented householdCompensation & Benefits:Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour, based on experienceGuaranteed Hours: 50 hours/weekSchedule:Monday–Thursday: Flexible daytime hoursFriday: 10-hour shiftVacation: Two weeks paid vacationHealthcare: Health insurance (details to be discussed)Live-in Perks:Separate private accommodations on the property (private bedroom + bathroom)
