- Define technical and functional requirements for engineering team delivery.
- Drive work breakdown, user story elaboration, grooming and execution planning.
- Lead sprint execution and achieve incremental delivery of capabilities.

- Align internal AWS product-market fit across internal tooling landscape, business opportunity, and product strategy (e.g., customer, market).
- Deliver with independence.
- Support Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
- Understand core technologies utilized and be fluent in technology alternatives; weigh the pros and cons of a technology choice and propose relevant options.
- Deconstruct complex product problems into straightforward technical propositions.
Field Operations and Experience Engineering (FOXe) is a software and systems development team that builds internal first-party solutions for the AWS Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) Business. We facilitate productivity, and partner with AWS/Amazon organizations to collaborate and/or enhance first-party tooling. FOXe has several teams that focus on specific domains and tooling needs, and over the past four years through its portfolio, FOXe has developed solutions that have realized intended and unforeseen value. - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
