  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position RoofClaim’s services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to enhance sales productivity.
  • Good Driving Record and Able to Pass Background Screening
