Job Description:Health in Motion, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

  • Salary: ~$16-$20 per hour
  • This is a Float position! This position will travel within 1 hour of Wausau WI to cover other offices for PTO or sickness. Home clinic will be Wausau when not covering other clinics.

You’ll Achieve Success By:Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
