Job Posting SummaryBaptist Health is hiring a Creative Services Manager to join the Intergrated Communications team at Baptist Jacksonville.The Creative Services Manager leads the health system’s graphic design and visual brand execution, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications. This role manages a team of designers and freelancers, directs photography and videography efforts, and oversees vendor relationships to deliver high-quality creative assets that advance the organization’s strategic goals.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and enforcing branding guidelines and serving as final approver of visual materials
  • Supervising and mentoring creative staff and contractors
  • Overseeing design projects from concept through production
  • Managing digital asset systems to ensure accessibility and brand integrity
  • Coordinating photographers, videographers, and print vendors to produce on-brand, high-quality deliverables
  • Partnering with marketing, communications, and strategy teams to support system-wide initiatives
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, 10+ years of progressive design experience (including 3+ years in a leadership role), and demonstrated expertise in brand management and design best practices. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong project management skills, and a compelling design portfolio are required. Experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is preferred.
