The Project Manager will lead various campaigns aimed at increasing enrollment in electronic billing and payment options. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop creative content for promotional campaigns
  • Coordinating with technical teams to integrate bill and promotional messaging across billing communications
  • Analyzing campaign data to evaluate performance, monitor enrollments, and identify discontinue requests
  • Developing strategies to optimize performance across all enrollment channels
  • Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and results and assist with copy development
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating robust negotiation and analytical skills
  • Applying strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives
  • Proven experience in project management and campaign coordination
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Effective negotiation skills and the capability to develop and execute impactful promotional strategies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
