We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.Hourly Rate Range: $38 - $55 per hourResponsibilities would include:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique goals.
Deliver direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings.
Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) and IDEA regulations.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews.
Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
Valid North Carolina SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
