We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.Hourly Rate Range: $38 - $55 per hourResponsibilities would include:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique goals.
  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings.
  • Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) and IDEA regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews.
  • Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education from an accredited program.
  • Valid North Carolina SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
