Whether it is an enterprise or start up, a rural community seeking to preserve its history and highlight its arts and culture, or a community recovering from a disaster, IEDA creates opportunities for Iowans to thrive.About this OpportunityAs the Program Support Coordinator, you'll provide critical support to the Energy Division, which administers programs that benefit Iowans by promoting energy affordability, efficiency, reliability, and resiliency. You'll collaborate with Energy Program Managers to process reimbursements for grants and loans, compile information and prepare reports to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and coordinate resources and provide support for team members. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Iowa Energy Center Board.Key ResponsibilitiesPrograms Coordination & Support:
  • Work with Accounting team and Energy Program managers to process reimbursements for grants and loans.
  • Support Program Managers in their efforts to meet compliance requirements for Energy programs.
  • Manage the routing of grant and loan documents for electronic signatures.
  • Contribute to the development of program procedures, materials, and applications.
Federal Program Reporting Support:
  • Collaborate with Energy Program Managers and Accounting team to compile information for reports to DOE and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly reports.
Iowa Energy Center (IEC) Board Administration:
  • Serve as IEC Board Administrator; manage logistics for board meetings and board members.
  • Prepare and organize agendas and meeting packages; draft and maintain minutes of board meetings.
