
Transmission Line Project Manager

- Plan, organize, supervise and otherwise manage the engineering and design of transmission line facilities.
- Lead and manage the execution of transmission line projects ranging from 69kV to 500kV.
- Develop project proposals, estimates, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative project solutions.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and design teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Clearly define performance expectations. Review and reward job performance within the organization to align individual performance with business goals.
- Develop employee skills as required for workload, help employees to reach their potential and establish plans to set and achieve challenging career goals.
- Travel as necessary for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineering license is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of transmission line work experience.
- Proficiency in PLS software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
