- Execute daily trades across client accounts with precision and timeliness.
- Monitor trade activity, settlements, and reconciliations to identify and correct trade discrepancies.
- Perform portfolio rebalancing and assist with model updates using a proprietary portfolio management system.
- Support compliance with best-execution standards and trading procedures.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on current and prospective holdings.
- Contribute to ongoing monitoring of economic indicators, market trends, and asset class performance.
- Assist with due diligence and selection of investments across public and private market sectors.
- Generate insights and support the creation of internal and external investment content.
- Develop and maintain key business relationships.
- Prepare and update factsheets, market commentary, and quarterly performance reports.
- Create client proposals and performance attribution analysis.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to produce high-quality, client-ready materials.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce operational risk.
- Assist in the development of scalable systems and reporting solutions.
- Participate in firmwide initiatives, including technology integration and content creation.
- Additional duties as required.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- Working knowledge of financial markets, portfolio construction, and trading mechanics.
- Completion of or progress towards the CFA, CFP, or other industry designations, or a willingness to pursue.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, "can do" attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- $60,000 base salary
