Community Solar is a growing industry that provides customer solar energy access without the need for individual solar panels on their homes.
Our Energy Sales Reps are the most crucial part of the company. They are the first form of contact with potential customers and thus represent the face of this organization. Reps are responsible for meeting with homeowners, informing them about the benefits of Community Solar, and closing deals. This is a face to face, outside residential sales position with opportunity for advancement.
We offer an excellent base compensation, commissions and sales support as well as paid training to ensure that you are fully prepared.
Residential canvassing for the Community Solar Program
Inform homeowners about the benefits of solar
Effectively utilize electronic tools and applications provided
Achieve standards and quotas

Great Work Ethic
Prior outside sales experience preferred
Ability to meet the required daily knocks
Friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work autonomously
Base pay plus commissions, NO CAP ON EARNINGS!!
