The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, number of months worked, as well as internal equity among our team.Job SummaryUnder the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Associate Director of Recruitment Marketing will be responsible for developing strategic enrollment communication plans and providing guidance and direction for marketing communications to prospective undergraduate and graduate students. The Associate Director of Recruitment Marketing will partner with Marketing and Communications Directors, as well as Undergraduate and Non-Traditional/Graduate Admissions teams to develop enrollment communications strategies that support CSS’s graduate and undergraduate enrollment goals. The position will manage the development of plans, lead the enrollment project submission process with Marketing, ensure plan implementation is tracked, collaborate with Marketing to regularly track tactic performance analytics, and liaison for the Enrolment Management and Marketing teams for continual assessment of multichannel admissions communications initiatives, effectiveness, inquiry generation and enrollment goal achievement.Required Knowledge and SkillsLead the planning, development and execution of enrollment communications strategies and tactics including print materials, digital communications, advertising, direct mail, email, website, social media, video, and event invitations. This position also works on multiple, complex projects within aggressive timeframes that require the ability to prioritize changing project tasks/deliverables, respond effectively and meet deadlines continually. This positions works collaboratively with partners across CSS - including but not limited to -admissions team members, College Communications & Marketing (web, copy, social media, digital content, design) staff, faculty, student life staff, current students and alumni to ensure that the admissions marketing content is fresh, timely, and on message. This position also tracks, analyzes, and determines effectiveness/ROI of all marketing initiatives (advertising, email communications, social media engagement, etc.) using data management tools and metrics. Recommend improvements based on findings.Essential FunctionsDevelops, manages and executes strategic enrollment communications plans to support the ongoing needs of the Enrollment Management division.Coordinates resources, establishes deadlines and assigns responsibilities for assigned projectsTracks the progress of assigned projects and compiles status reports for supervisor and stakeholders.Documents requirements, establishes scope, objectives and timelines for implementing strategic marketing plansWorks with marketing resources to translate project requirements into finished deliverable.Oversees quality assurance to include, but not limited to: proofing, testing of delivery, accuracy of content adherence to CSS Brand standards.Creates innovative admissions recruitment communications, provides suggestions for leveraging new media channels and manages the enrollment communication streams.Manages the Search communications in collaboration with RNL partners.Meets as needed with Institutional Research and Effectiveness team to develop enrollment marketing data repository (enrollments, college data points, etc.) and further refine our recommendations and tactics for prospective student and parent communications.#Ll-JG1
