Assistant Superintendent role with a top-tier General Contractor, supporting the daily field operations of commercial construction projects. This role ensures safety, quality, and scheduling are maintained while working closely with the Superintendent and project team to drive successful on-site execution.

Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities
Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations
Monitor work progress and assist in maintaining the project schedule
Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate site reports, logs, and documentation
Assist with problem-solving and resolving field-related issues
Foster clear communication between field teams, project management, and subcontractor.
