We provide full training to help you install, troubleshoot, and repair large-format engineering printers and scanning equipment from top brands like HP, Xerox, and MUTO If you have experience with electronics, IT, auto repair, copiers, or general mechanical troubleshooting. This could be a great fit.🔧 What You’ll DoDiagnose and repair wide-format printers, MFPs, and scanning systems on customer sitesPerform preventive maintenance and site surveysInstall, configure, and support print and scanning equipment in field environmentsWork with construction firms, architects, engineers, and other technical clientsTroubleshoot basic networking and print-related IT issuesConduct phone-based diagnostics and provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) before service visitsMaintain vehicle parts inventory and ensure company equipment is properly labeledDocument service calls, escalate when necessary, and return parts as requiredSupport other technicians and assist sales staff with technical knowledgeStay current with manufacturer certifications and technical bulletins👤 What We’re Looking ForExperience repairing printers, IT hardware, or similarAbility to read manuals, use tools, and follow repair proceduresStrong customer service skills and a self-motivated mindsetValid driver’s license (PA/MD/VA) and clean driving recordComfortable working independently in the field✅ Preferred But Not RequiredExperience with large-format devices (HP, Xerox, KIP)Trade school, A+ certification, or related technical educationMilitary or vocational background in electronics/mechanics💡 Why Join RPG?Full training and manufacturer certification providedCompetitive salary plus performance-based bonusesCompany vehicle, phone, and tools providedComprehensive benefits package (health, PTO, 401k)Supportive team, growth opportunities, and no desk jobPowered by JazzHR
