My client is seeking a candidate who is able to focus on optimizing workflows, systems, and processes to improve plant-wide productivity and efficiency. The position is emphasizing system-level improvements across people, equipment, and materials to reduce waste, enhance labor utilization, and maintain consistent quality.This role will report directly into the Plant Manager and be responsible for:

Designing and analyzing efficient workflows and production systems
Conducting time and motion studies to identify opportunities for labor optimization and waste reduction
Developing and implementing strategies to balance productivity, quality, and cost
Collaborating with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations
Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives across people, equipment, materials, and processes
Evaluating facility layouts, material flow, and labor utilization for efficiency gains
Establishing and tracking key performance metrics to measure progress and results
Partnering with leadership to design scalable systems that support sustainable growth

2-5+ years of process improvement in a LEAN manufacturing environment
ERP/ MRP system and production planning familiarity
Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodology experience
Material handling and facility layout optimization skills a plus
