- Verify 1st piece, 1st case and 1st skid on production lines.
- Verify all labels printed by label technician being issued for production.
- Ensure all materials, assemblies, and processes are to customer specifications.
- Inspect and verify received products and conduct dock audits of finished product prior to shipment.
- Assist in conducting in-process inspections of production lines and finished goods.
- Maintain “Quality Alerts” and assist operators to help identify any potential defects.
- Participate in training classes such as Haz Com, Blood Borne Pathogens, TSA, and Safety.
- Ensure proper paperwork is on the lines.
- Daily specification verification and customer quality standards are met.
- Document line parts per minute.
- Take pictures and document inspection results in IPad using QC Nulogy platform.
- Any other duties assigned by Quality daily.
- Provide accurate documentation of auditing performance.
- Escalate any issues or nonconformances to Line Lead, Product Supervisor, and QC Lead or Supervisor.
- Audit that the warehouse and production employees are following safety, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
- This position typically involves working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- May require occasional lifting of packages or materials up to a certain weight limit.
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.
