
Full time Night Auditor

- Handles and processes guest check in and check out in accordance with property standards.
- Acts as overnight front desk agent.
- Assists guests with luggage when needed.
- Valet guest cars when needed.
- Responds to and relays all guest requests and complaints.
- Delivery of guest requested items such as rollaway beds, pillows, bedding, amenities, etc.
- Handles cash transactions.
- Answers front desk telephones.
- Takes reservation calls.
- Completes regular property walks and responds to any security issues.
- Completes shift checklist in a timely manner and turns in at end of shift.
- Reviews Barking Frog and Lounge tickets and accurately pass along information to the accounting office for any issues.
- Posts all necessary charges.
- Completes bucket check before posting room/tax.
- Checks folios (misc. posting, honor bar control, etc.) and adjusts or transfers to the appropriate folio.
- Follows audit process steps according to established guidelines.
- Runs final reports and distributes to appropriate departments.
- Prints reports and distributes to appropriate personnel.
- Produce Daily Wire publication.
- Submit credit card batches.
- Maintain work area and lobby in a clean and tidy manner.
- Follows hotel standards in all components of Front Desk responsibilities.
- Relays any pertinent information to next shift.
- Prepares and delivers room service orders as needed.
- Ensure guest hallways and surrounding property are clear of trays, trash, and glassware.
- Delivers newspapers to rooms.
- Completes coffee and water setup in the lobby.
- Has critical knowledge of response measures for emergency situations.
- Notifies Rooms Management of any supply needs.
- Attends scheduled meetings.
- Wage range: $26.50/Hour - $26.50/Hour

- Previous hospitality experience

- Computer skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and walk about the property
- Must be available to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
