Schedule: 4x10 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

What You'll DoAs an Inventory Specialist, you'll be a key part of our Supply Chain team. Your day-to-day work helps clinical teams focus on patient care by making sure supplies and equipment are accurate, available, and ready when needed.Maintain accurate inventory levels through restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control for assigned areas.Review supply needs, prevent overstocking, and help ensure efficient product turnover.Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies-updating systems as needed.Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities, expiration dates, and physical condition.Respond to supply and equipment requests-both routine and urgent-with prompt, professional service.Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration, recalls, or defects, and report any issues.Help manage bi-annual physical inventories and assist with reporting for supply tracking.Keep all supply areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout daily operations.Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.Who You AreYou are detail-oriented, dependable, and bring a proactive mindset to solving problems.
