Job Description:OverviewThe Senior HR Analyst is responsible for leading reporting, analysis and technical support for the organization’s HR programs, data, and processes, focusing on core HR, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance. Key responsibilities include conducting HR data analysis to identify trends, develop and implement HR processes and provide guidance to HR leaders. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in a variety of systems. This role partners with HR team members and business leaders on various projects, reporting needs, and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Own HR data analysis, accuracy, and reporting to support decision-making and identify trends in areas such as turnover, engagement, and compensation
  • Lead the analysis and tracking of end-to-end annual compensation planning process, including merit, bonus, and market adjustments, ensuring alignment with budget and pay equity goals
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and business partners
  • Monitor internal HR metrics and identify trends for leadership team
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated issues that require data review or process clarification
  • Lead and support system implementation of modules including compensation, benefits, core HR, applicant tracking systems, performance, talent, payroll, benefits
  • Direct the development and implementation of new and improved HR processes that enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Document workflows and standard operation procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution across HR Function
  • Support the optimization of HR systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver seamless HR support and shared solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to audit and monitor compliance-related activities
  • Ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HR data and processes: HR, compensation, benefits, payroll, onboarding, performance, talent acquisition, and HR Self-Service
  • Prior experience with HR systems required; Workday and/or UKG preferred
  • Advanced level Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MACROs etc)
  • Track record of developing reports and creating information from the data
  • Ability to act with discretion, enforce privacy rules and maintain a strict level of confidentiality
  • Comfort interacting verbally and in writing with all levels of employees while maintaining an enthusiastic, professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and external vendors
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems
