Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba implementations, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or SAP Solution Manager.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.
Oversee data migration, system integration, and infrastructure alignment.
Facilitate test planning, UAT, and defect tracking.
Ensure compliance with public sector standards and organizational policies.
Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to leadership and clients.
Support change management and training initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
Provide gap analyses and recommend process improvements
Work with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
Train and mentor other project team members on SAP best practices.
Lead the implementation and integration of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., sourcing, contracts, buying & invoicing) within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to align Ariba solutions with public sector procurement regulations and workflows.
Oversee supplier onboarding, catalog management, and contract lifecycle processes using Ariba tools.
Ensure seamless data exchange between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA via SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Manage SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba-specific testing, including configuration validation, UAT, and defect resolution.
Support change management and training initiatives for SAP end users and procurement staff.
Monitor compliance with public sector procurement standards through Ariba reporting and audit capabilities.

Required Qualifications Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
PMP certification from PMI
ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance or equivalent
SAP certifications in S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or relevant modules

SAP Experience:

15+ years of experience in SAP ERP, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BW/4HANA.
Proven success managing SAP implementations in defense or public sector environments.
Expertise in SAP modules such as MM, WM, QM, SCM, PM, FM, EWM, SD, and FICO.
Experience implementing and managing SAP Ariba modules in public sector environments.
Familiarity with SAP Ariba Network, Guided Buying, Supplier Risk, and Spend Analysis.
Experience with SAP tools including SAP Solution Manager, Activate Methodology, WRICEF objects, and BODS.

Technical Skills

Strong background in data migration, integration, and validation using tools like BODS, LSMW, and iDOCs.
Familiarity with BusinessObjects, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Pig).
Proficiency in SAP Ariba configuration, integration (CIG), and data mapping.
Experience with SAP Ariba analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and interface development.

Project Management & Leadership Skills:

7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in IT or consulting fields
Experience managing multicultural and geographically distributed teams across 40+ countries
Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
Ability to manage remote and hybrid teams effectively.

Preferred Skills
