You will recruit and source top talent that represents our core values that include: Caring, Fun, Innovation, Relationships, Service, Trust and Teamwork.Run the recruiting cycle for the operations team which includes Alarm dispatch team operatorsHelp maintain campus recruiting through career fairs and table eventsBuild relationships with team members to help source referralsEvaluate resumes and candidates utilizing interactive phone screensSchedule and interview candidates face to face through a multi-level interview processMaintain records or phone screens, schedules, interviews etc. of potential candidatesHandle the ATS system and make sure all candidates are updatedReport metrics to the HR leadership teamSuggest and implement on-going improvements to the recruiting processAssist in office administration related to Human Resources activities as neededPlan events to build rapport and uphold our company culture!Preferred Skills:Passion and willingness to learn and grow in the recruiting and HR functionsAbility to adapt & work in a fast-paced environmentCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferredExperience with an ATS System preferred, but not requiredExcellent communication skillsExcellent skills in observation and understanding people's values, attitudes and behaviorAbility to work under pressure and work in a fast-changing environmentMust live in the Rexburg area
