- The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.
- This role blends creativity with analytical thinking to design interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and aligned with user needs and business goals.
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability across web and mobile platforms.
- Interaction Design: Define how users interact with the product, ensuring smooth transitions, animations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are inclusive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to interpret data and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Background in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
- Prior Client experience is a plus
