We take a lot of pride in being a great place to work, providing excellent pay and top benefits.The Pittsburgh branch, located in Murrysville, PA has an excellent opportunity available for an on-site ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE. This Monday through Friday position has a salary range of $20.00-$23.00, depending on experience along with monthly bonus incentives. This candidate should have a billing specialist background and accounting, accounts receivable, and collections experience. Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in securing timely payments for invoices to uphold financial stability and cash flow.
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices by cross-referencing data and verifying details for error-free billing.
  • Enter information into the AS400 system.
  • Ensure the AR processes are followed.
  • Monitor payment status of all completed jobs.
  • Complete reports and update the General Manager on status of AR’s.
  • Contact customers with delinquent accounts to ensure they have received their invoice and communicate the terms of payment.
Requirements:
  • Must have accounts receivable accounting experience.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of various common software programs.
  • Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail, and has follow-up skills.
