Develop control systems based on client requirements and internal machine concepts
Select and size components according to industry standards
Produce layout drawings and electrical schematics utilizing SolidWorks
Create Bill of Materials and work closely with procurement and production teams
Assist with machine installation and startup at the facility
Program PLCs and HMIs using Ladder Logic and Structured Text
Configure servo motor drives for coordinated motion
Offer remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients and technicians
Collaborate with mechanical design and production teams for project cohesion
Maintain accurate project documentation and timelines
Explore and implement new technologies to enhance products and processes
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in designing and installing control systems for industrial applications
Strong knowledge of control circuits, wiring principles, and international electrical standards
Proficiency in PLC programming and familiarity with SolidWorks
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
3-5 years of project management experience preferred
Willingness to travel for client visits and installation support
Degree is a plus, but relevant experience is valued
