Job Description:Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rateFollows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associateLine feeds as requiredEnsure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOPPerform all required quality checksCompletes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.)Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctlyPerform first piece inspectionSeparates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated areaEnsure all housekeeping duties have been performedPerform any rework required and completes all necessary documentationPerform any other duties as specified
