Schedule: Fully onsite | MondayFriday, standard business hoursTews Company is partnering with a trusted client in West Orlando that is urgently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team.This position requires someone with solid payroll experience, who can jump in quickly, stay organized, and ensure accuracy across all payroll activities. Experience with Paycom is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for employees, including time tracking, garnishments, and deductionsExperience in processing payroll in California, Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois, Colorado, and Ohio is preferred.Manage bi-weekly contractor payments, including reviewing invoices and preparing reportsCollect, verify, and prepare payroll data in PaycomExperience processing payrollReview payroll reports for errors and make necessary correctionsRespond to employee and contractor payroll inquiriesEnsure accurate and timely updates for new hires, terminations, and compensation changesMaintain complete and accurate payroll records and reportsEnsure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsProvide documentation and support during auditsRecommend improvements to payroll processes and proceduresAssist the HR team with special projects as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with 1+ year in payrollFamiliarity with wage and hour laws and payroll complianceStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience using HRIS or payroll systems required; Paycom strongly preferredFPC or CPP certification is a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality, solve problems independently, and communicate effectivelyThis is an excellent opportunity to bring your payroll expertise to a well-established company with a professional and collaborative team.
