Profit-sharing and discretionary bonuses are tied to performance.The RoleAs a Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site leader, responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule execution for multiple commercial projects. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery from mobilization to closeout.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day job site operations for assigned projects.
  • Enforce and maintain all safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Maintain project documentation and daily logs through Procore.
  • Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges to avoid delays and cost overruns.
QualificationsRequired Experience:
  • 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Experience overseeing healthcare projects (medical offices, hospital renovations) and/or restaurant buildouts.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects in the $500k–$10M range.
Technical Skills: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project/SureTrack experience preferred.Soft Skills: Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.Other: Deep understanding of construction means/methods, sequencing, and safety compliance.Why Join This Team?
