:The Innovation Program Specialist is an essential member of the Client Experience & Innovation team. Their primary responsibility is to work closely with the Brilliant Ideas team, contributing to the successful execution and management of the platform. The role requires the ability to manage complex innovation projects, handle data with proficiency, and provide critical analytical insights to help drive effective decision-making processes. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Assist in continuing to improve the Brilliant Ideas platform.Review and vet submitted ideas to ensure successful implementation.Manage and analyze data to provide insightful reporting to stakeholders.Collaborate directly with Brilliant Idea Decision Makers across all business units to execute ideas.Serve as a vital part of the Innovation team by identifying and implementing advanced innovation solutions.Maintain regular reporting and processes, such as creating Uzone posts, awarding lightbulbs, and managing Brilliant Ideas-related projects like the Innovation Program. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Innovation, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in innovation, project management, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering innovation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Knowledge of the mortgage industry
Proficiency in project management tools and software
