This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and governance of mission-critical data across platforms including PLM, ERP, and MES. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the US.How you will do it
Own end-to-end data quality across enterprise systems
Lead data profiling, assessment, enrichment, and cleanup initiatives
Oversee data migration quality assurance, ensuring alignment with defined standards
Harmonize data models and quality frameworks with PLM, ERP, and MES platforms
Maintain data lineage, attribute mappings, and PLM classification across PLM, SAP, MES, and related systems
Proactive Issue Identification: Skilled in detecting and diagnosing data quality issues across platforms, ensuring early intervention and resolution.
Process Full proofing Expertise: Adept at evaluating and fortifying business processes, building resilient systems that prevent future breakdowns and maintain data integrity.
Lead data governance programs and act as SME for profiling, cleanup, and enrichment
Partner with Platform Leads to shape the data strategy and roadmap
Support resolution of complex data sets, including Parts, BOMs, and relational datasets
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide standards, governance models, and conformance reports
Report data quality metrics to business units using profiling and analytics tools
Participate in workstreams addressing business requirements and process design
Enable Data Quality KPIs aligned with leadership vision
Drive development of infrastructure and integration capabilities
Support legacy data migration efforts and UAT planning
Advocate and implement best practices across enterprise systems
Capture lessons learned into SME knowledge repositories
Research and recommend emerging tools and functionalities
Possibly lead a team of global PLM Business Analysts; analyze, prioritize, and document evolving business needs
Gather feedback on business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities
Required
Strong collaboration across global enterprise teams and leadership stakeholders
Proficiency with tools such as Informatica, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and Snowflake
Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill
Experience developing enterprise data dictionaries, lineage documents, and mapping artifacts
Familiarity with modern data technologies and enterprise IT environments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience
Experience working with external service providers/ partners
Preferred
Experience with CAD Data Management in PLM and PLM-ERP integration
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA platform
Advanced use of Power BI and Snowflake analytics
Comfort with automation platforms including UI Path and Microsoft Azure
Project Management / Program Management experience in an Agile Environment
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP MDG
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $109,000 - $149,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
