- Meets bid deadline requirements in an accurate and complete manner
- Generates detailed scopes of work
- Support operations departments during transition and installation
- Identifies and reports errors, ambiguities, and missing information in contract documents, minimizes all exclusions possible
- Performs comprehensive analysis and scoping for bids
- Submits bid documents to Project Management in a timely manner
- Completes work on time in a professional and competitive manner
- Reviews job costing with Project Management team
- Produces accurate estimates with regard to risk factors and construction methods
- Solicits and maintains communication and positive relations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Communicates effectively with other members of the team
- Follows company safety policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management / related field, or equivalent job experience.
- At least two years in flooring.
- Experience in multi-family, corporate and healthcare commercial flooring is preferred.
- Ability to make decisions that require detailed analysis and investigation with solutions requiring significant original thinking.
