- Provide leadership to business, technology, and project management team members to ensure seamless integration of business requirements with system functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation of large-scale business systems and processes, and clearly articulate the related technical and data architecture concepts.

- Demonstrate competence with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements management and other associated methodologies.
- Anticipate, elicit, analyze, understand, validate, coordinate, document and manage business and functional requirements associated with formalized project lifecycle
- Document use cases.
- Lead groups in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to business requirements.
- Document, analyze and interpret complex business policies and processes.
- Identify and manage issues and risks related to requirements and devise strategies to address in a proactive manner.
- Manage change control for the full project requirement set after approval, so that change requests are logged, tracked, assessed, and implemented in a controlled and traceable manner.
- Conduct independent research and synthesize findings.
- Supervise BA activities as required.
- Lead requirements workshops with project stakeholders.
- Perform gap analyses, analyze results, determine how to address gaps and verify recommendations with technical team members.
- Manage the business analysis effort related to the definition, documentation, design, development, and implementation of large or technically complex systems or enhancements and their associated environments.
- Oversee creation or create project-specific Business Analysis Plan and update as required
- Manage workload to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on-time.
- Manage data via Requirements Management Tool(s) and perform traceability tasks.
- Act a liaison between NYL customer, NYL PMO team, Brightstar site team and Brightstar software project team(s) and lead triage sessions to gather.
- Oversee creation or create Business Requirements Specification(s) when necessary.
- Be able to perform in fast paced environment, where multitasking is a must and quick turnaround of documentation is expected.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
- As the new platform software shifts from customization to configuration, proactively identify and share what KLC requirements are not supported in the baseline products, monitor the product roadmap for new functionality and identify functionality that meets the KLC's identified business requirements.
- Co-ordinate resources and facilitate communication between Brightstar and KLC iLottery and retail project team leaders.
- Advocate for successful outcomes for both KLC and Brightstar by bridging gaps due to geographic, cultural, language and experience differences including educating Brightstar cross functional team members on KLC's general business operations, requirements, and limitations.
- Resolve disagreements and misunderstandings which impede the successful implementation of project deliverables.
- BS or BA and 5-6 years' experience, or Master's, and 4+ year's experience, or equivalent • Must be familiar with MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio.
- Proficiency with a Requirements Management Tool (i.e., DOORS) is a plus
- Excellent and effective communication skills with ability to lead customer interactions.
- Brightstar Software Quality Assurance, Brightstar Software Engineer and/or Brightstar Operations background a plus
- Knowledge of ES applications such as Retailer Services, Player Services, Performance Wizard, Sales Wizard, Retailer Wizard, OLPM GUI and IPS GUI a plus
- Proficiency with JIRA problem tracking tool a plus
