- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively engage potential clients through high-volume outbound calling, email campaigns, and potentially social media outreach to introduce Envera Systems' value proposition.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospects' security needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, ensuring they meet qualification criteria for an Outside Sales Consultant.
- Appointment Setting: Skillfully overcome objections and effectively communicate Envera's benefits to secure qualified appointments and product demonstrations for the Outside Sales team.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain a robust and organized sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Continuously research and identify new potential leads, target accounts, and market trends within the community security sector.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Outside Sales Consultants, Sales Leadership, and Marketing team to align on strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related client-facing role (entry-level candidates with strong potential are highly encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and confident engaging prospects over the phone.
- A self-starter with a proactive, persistent, and resilient approach to outbound outreach.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product information and value propositions.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask effective discovery questions.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a significant plus.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Competitive Compensation:
- Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Commission Plan:
- $25 for every qualified appointment set.
- $100 for every qualified appointment held by an Outside Sales Consultant.
- 0.5X Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on closed deals initiated from your appointments.
