The position focuses on defining and executing strategies for marketplace integrations—including private offers, subscription management, and billing operations—across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Core responsibilities include program management, stakeholder alignment, process optimization, performance tracking, and risk mitigation. The role also partners closely with sales, marketing, IT, finance, and partner teams to implement scalable, efficient solutions that support go-to-market objectives and customer success.Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketplace programs from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables across business development, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations.
- Develop and Execute Marketplace Commerce Implementation Strategy: Define and drive the roadmap for enabling and scaling commerce capabilities across marketplaces. This includes private offers, transactable listings, and subscription management.
- Marketplace Integration and Operations: Oversee the operational aspects of integrating our SaaS offerings with cloud marketplace platforms, including listing creation, offer setup, billing integration, and fulfillment processes.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all cloud marketplace commerce initiatives. Effectively communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting mechanisms to track the success of marketplace programs. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes for efficiency and revenue growth.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with cloud marketplace commerce; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Alignment and execution with co-sell and marketing teams leading to increased joint pipeline and visibility.
- Act as internal liaison between IT, alliance sales, field sales, partner teams, to ensure automation and sales operation processes are supported and scalable.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environment.
- Working experience with Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) processes and systems.
- Working knowledge and experience with Sales Force CPQ, and ERP applications
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, seller ecosystems, and digital commerce.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
