  • Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for onboarding new documents into the translation space
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to define functional and non-functional requirements for new documents, integrations, and workflows
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and validate that proposed solutions align with business goals and compliance standards
  • Support modernization efforts by defining requirements for transitioning from legacy platforms to strategic tools
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements in document generation, testing, and reporting workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline translation-related processes and reduce operational overhead
  • Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Document business processes, system flows, and user stories; support test case development and defect triage
  • Define and support quality assurance processes, including SLA tracking, audit readiness, and data integrity checks
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise protocols and regulatory standards throughout all translation-related projects

  • 5+ years of experience with discovery, documentation, and validation of business needs
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in print fulfillment, document management, or transactional output services
  • 5+ years of experience with writing user stories and supporting backlog grooming
  • 3+ years of experience with defining test scenarios, supporting UAT, and analyzing defects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
  • Agile Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with print trails, and print related vendor workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
