Root's Floor Coatings, based in Longview, WA, is currently seeking a full-time Floor Coating - Concrete Polish Installation Tech. Expect 1-3 out-of-town assignments per month around Washington and Oregon. Work schedule is full-time and will be determined by project requirements.Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of concrete surfaces, including grinding, vacuuming, and patching, followed by the application of epoxy coatings. As a Floor Coating - Concrete Polish Installation Tech, additional duties include loading and unloading trucks and organizing supplies at our shop to ensure readiness for upcoming projects. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining practical knowledge and contributing to the creation of high-quality, durable flooring solutions.To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
25+ years old for car insurance purposes
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on hands and knees
*Higher pay available if certified Class B CDL driver*
