  • Assisting with personal care (such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers)
  • Assist client with active and passive mobility work and report changes to director of nursing
  • Take and record height, weight, and vital signs as needed
  • Create and promote a safe, positive work environment and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ensure clients’ rights are adhered to
Requirements include:
  • Active certification as a certified nursing assistant in the state of Illinois
  • 1 year of experience as a caregiver/home health aide
  • Valid CPR certificate
  • Negative drug screen and motor vehicle screening
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
