- Works with several Agents and provides administrative support to them and their clients
- Assists clients in ushering the sales and underwriting process
- Works closely with all internal parties of the sales and underwriting process
- Corresponds on behalf of agents to clients and accommodates client needs
- Confirm and schedule appointments for sales agents
- Track case status and encourage support to insurance processing
- Calendar management- schedule/coordinate meetings with client and agents
- Schedule annual client review meetings with clients and agent
- Correspond with insurance carriers on behalf of agents
- Analyze sales dashboards and drive towards agent sales results
- Ensure agents have necessary resources to succeed
- Pre-appointment prep & Post-appointment planning
- Works as a team with other Administrative Assistants to ensure success of all agents and Paradigm Life as a whole
- Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned/needed
- WPM: 60
- 5 years experience as an administrative assistant
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe
- Proficient with computers
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer service background
- Professionalism is a must
- Works well in teams
- Self-motivated
- Experience setting and obtaining goals
- Advanced phone and writing skills
- Prior knowledge of life insurance
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong organization and prioritization background
- Must be flexible and able to handle the stress of multiple tasks simultaneously
