For more information, please visit .ResponsibilitiesAs our next Retail Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory. It is within that responsibility that you will be asked to:
  • Evaluate and manage product inventory, display, and presentation
  • Optimize the inventory mix at retail locations through planogram, instant ticket ordering, and returns.
  • Ensure customers’ Standards of Excellence are met at all points of retail distribution.
  • Educate retailers and players to maximize sales.
  • Reviews statistics with retailers consistently.
  • Follow all lottery procedures such as picking up, dropping off, transferring, closing, and returning tickets to our warehouse.
  • Complete required paperwork and assist with other projects as they are assigned.

#LI-LF1At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $$29,120 - $52,458. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
