• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in processes.
• Handle guest registration, including verifying reservations, collecting payments, and answering questions.
• Sell gift shop items, including toys, souvenirs, and playground merchandise.
• Process transactions through a POS system, ensuring accuracy in pricing and payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and gift shop area.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and reporting low stock to management.
• Provide information about playground activities, party services, and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Support team members in various tasks when needed, such as assisting with party setups, packing birthday gifts or monitoring play areas.

• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling transactions and working with a POS system.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and assist with stocking and inventory tasks.
