Shift Differential: $2.50/hour
Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed 8 hr days + Weekend rotation
Recruiter Contact: Hector Diaz atSUMMARY OF POSITION:Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, Physical Therapy license in the state of employment must be obtained within three (3) months of employment.
  • BLS certification prior to orientation completion
