Responsibilities:
  • Testing and integration of RFID hardware
  • Develop understanding of technical documentation, e.g. standards, schematic, layout etc.
  • Create technical documentation and test reports
  • Develop an understanding of product development lifecycle as it relates to hardware products
  • Exposure to various test equipment used in design and development and their workings
  • Develop an understanding of cross functional collaborations essential for product development
  • Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies
  • Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN HOLTSVILLE, NY. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Electrical Engineering
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026-2027
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to technical documents, familiarity with component datasheets, standards etc.
  • Good communication skills and team player attitude
  • Basic exposure to lab equipment e.g. Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Bench power supply, signal generator etc.
  • Some experience in electronic projects, school related or otherwise
  • Exposure to circuit analysis and debug
  • Exposure to amplifier design and debug
  • Amplifier design exposure
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Some embedded firmware exposure
